One last snow shart from Mother Nature couldn’t keep brothers from the allure of the Diamond Club and the promise of sharing embellished stories of Pi Lam greatness with gullible undergrads.

Bob Arthur welcomed those who braved the elements, and was both efficient and mightily entertaining in his dual roles of event organizer and emcee. He learned a lot of valuable life skills in his 12 years as an undergrad.
With the snow spoiling some travel plans, turnout was less than expected. The unexpected result was genuinely audible speeches. We’re not sure if this is a good thing.
The 70s guys return
Brothers from the late 1970s have taken to this banquet with the same enthusiasm that they embraced silk shirts and disco balls. In attendance were Tom Caridi, Ted Cohn, Dean Sizemore, Ted Bosnjak, Ralph Caprio, Richard Traviglini, Alan Markowitz, and Greg Staub. Joe Costy ’77 drove all the way up from North Carolina for his tenth consecutive year. Warren Kirschbaum came all the way from Jupiter! Jupiter, Florida that is.

Kovner 2016 — keep the tradition alive
Let’s face it, this event is only as good as the guest list. If you missed it this year, plan to attend in 2016 with a bunch of your classmates! Every year missed is a lost opportunity to catch up with old friends, and remind the active brotherhood of how great we thought we were.If you missed it this year, plan to attend in 2018 with a bunch of your classmates! Every year missed is a lost opportunity to catch up with old friends, and remind the active brotherhood of how great we thought we were.
